About Me

I’m a design leader who thrives in the ambiguous, blending the art and science of design to create solutions that make people’s lives easier. With a background spanning AI & GenAI, Cloud, Gaming, eCommerce, AR/VR, and more, I bring a holistic approach to design, always seeking to create experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. I’m driven by the belief that design has the power to shape how we connect with the world—and that every product should bring real value to its users.

At my core, I am passionate about working at the intersection of emerging technology and human-centered design. I believe in using design to make complex technology accessible and meaningful, and I see every project as an opportunity to create solutions that align with user needs and ethical principles. I approach my work with a deep respect for the role of human interaction, understanding that the most innovative technology still benefits from a thoughtful, human touch.

In my free time, you can catch me playing video games, making music, games, or apps, or making a YouTube video or two. I love all tjhings media and technology and constatnly dabble and learn new technology.

My Approach

As a leader, I focus on creating high performance cultures by building high-trust environments where open, honest communication is valued, and team members feel empowered to do their best work. I believe in the importance of ethical technology applications and the irreplaceable value of human interaction, ensuring that design solutions are both impactful and responsible. I prioritize transparency, encourage the sharing of ideas, and provide the space and clarity teams need to work autonomously while staying aligned with strategic goals.

I lead multidisciplinary teams of UX designers, writers, engineers, front-end developers, researchers, and visual designers, working across products from end to end to shape the full product experience. I value each individual’s unique perspective and expertise, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where we work together rather than in silos to unlock creativity and further the product vision.

Strategic Leadership

My expertise spans both pioneering new, 0 to 1 products and transforming established products to align with evolving business goals. I define and execute on strategic roadmaps that support growth, scale, and a solid product foundation for future innovation. I focus on aligning product vision with company objectives, ensuring our work isn’t just impactful but sustainable.

I believe strongly in data-driven decision-making combined with iterative, creative exploration, ensuring that UX, product, engineering, and research teams collaborate effectively. By fostering high-trust environments, I empower teams to make confident, informed decisions that enhance product health, user experience, and business outcomes.

Educator & Mentor

I’m deeply committed to growing and mentoring designers at all stages. I’ve taught courses in design strategy, research, and prototyping at design bootcamps, where I also contributed to curriculum development. Through these programs, I’ve created hands-on, practical learning experiences that equip designers to navigate real-world challenges and think critically about their work.

I’ve mentored individuals from diverse backgrounds in their transition to UX roles, using an approach centered on prototyping, testing, and iteration to foster confidence and practical skills. I believe that great design emerges from cycles of experimentation and feedback, empowering designers to solve complex problems effectively and deliver meaningful solutions.
