Pick and Pack is a native iOS designed for iPhone that enables retail associates to manage stockroom inventories in order to get orders out the door quickly and efficiently.
I worked on this project with a small team of designers and was brought on when the project was about halfway through and the requirements were fleshed out. Some designs had already been done for the app, but the Product Owner was asking for revisions since the flow was a bit odd and all of the requirements weren’t met. I met with the designer that was handing off this project to understand the concepts she had put in place and from there, held a sketching session with the Product Owner to address his concerns about the new requirements. After that, I significantly updated the flow of the app, added a layer of interaction on top, and after a final Stakeholder Review, handed it off to the dev team.
